Sadly Jane died from pancreatic cancer in 2018, but her husband Mike and best friend Becky are keeping Jane's amazing work alive using her original linocut blocks, ink recipes and hand colouring techniques. Jane loved every aspect of linocut print making, from the first twinkle of an idea in her head to the first finished print. No matter how many she created, there was always an element of surprise at the result. Jane loved to play with the colours of each design, and used all sorts of papers to print on, especially handmade papers made from lokta, hemp and banana leaves.
